My first time doing business with Hardin Honda, has proved to be very satisfying. The first person I dealt with first was Ruby Malley in the Internet Dept. she was intuitive enough to know that I w proved to be very satisfying. Upon arriving, I met Jon Bergstrom in sales. His easy, caring, pleasant manner was refreshing. He did not act like a "salesman" no hype. He LISTENED to me, he answered all my questions and assured me that he and Hardin would be available to me in the future, should there be a need. I purchased from Hardin because of Jon. I was bought a Honda vehicle at Hardin Honda dealership ( Address: 1381 South Auto Center Drive, Anaheim, CA 92806) at Dec. 31-2012. It's Honda accord EX 2013. When I come to my home, I tried to use the key remotes (remote and keyless) to lock / unlock the door and open the trunk but it doesn't work. I have two key so i tried another one too, but the same result. I called to Hardin Honda and they said i should come back to dealership with my car. I came back to Hardin Honda a day after with my car and the key remotes. They tried to test the remote control and then tell me, i need to bring back both the key remotes and they will run program for both remote and i may use it to lock/unlock and open the trunk. A day after I came back Hardin Honda with both remote and wait more than 3 hours when they working on my car and remote control. And then they tell me there is something wrong with driver door latch fault. Today my co worker, she tell me about her husband's car. He bought 2013 Honda Odyssey EXL at 1/1/2013 and now it's in service center to fix passenger door. You may save a little cost when buy a new car at Hardin Honda but quality is so bad More

I felt comfortable to ask any question concerning the longevity of Honda vehicles and all the accessories that came with the vehicle and those that can be added. I also felt very confident in my decision to purchase a vehicle based upon availability, performance statistics, web research and reviews. Even after I went home and had more questions, I felt comfortable to call Jon and have him address my concerns and questions with kindness and understanding. This is my 3rd Honda from Hardin Honda. I was very pleased with internet sales (Ruby) and salesman Jon, Eric the GSM and Greg @ finance. I never feel pressured buying from these guy's. They actually let you "buy" a car as oppossed to high pressure selling!! I recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. They seem to hire non agressive sales people which I like. More

My mom needed to get her car repaired and met Alex Hamlin, service writer, who took great care and exercised a lot of patience with her. An oil sensor went out, and he did his best to explain everything, and after calling him a thief, he was polite enough to wait for her "son" (me) to get there. I talked to Alex, their proposal was not only fair, but accurate. They did the job quickly, were very clean and very professional about the whole ordeal. She apologized late, and I am sure Alex got a kick out of it. I'd not only recommend them here, but have also posted testimony via other social media, in part because of Alex's professionalism but also because it is hard to find good old honest businesses anymore. More

Alex is always a professional every time I have been to this dealership for service. He asks you all the pertinent questions about the problems your experiencing and then takes the time to find out the be this dealership for service. He asks you all the pertinent questions about the problems your experiencing and then takes the time to find out the best way to handle the situation. And he does all of this with a kind word and a smile. Jay the mechanic works diligently until he discovers what the problem is and how to fix it so you do not have to worry about the problem any longer. Both of these gentleman made customer service their priority and they do their work with excellence! The quality of the service they render is why I keep coming back to Hardin Honda.
