Scheduled a service appt on a Tuesday at 9am. Drop off was smooth/easy- assigned a service member. Was told I would get a follow up call in the afternoon to let me know what was found. Called the center and spoke to a different service member. He assured me I'd get a call within an hour. By 5pm I called back because I still hadn't heard anything. Service Center closes at 6pm and I need my car back to take my son to school in the morning. Again spoke to a different service member that assured me my appointed member would call me back in 10- 15 minutes. At 5:30pm, I call again ( THIRD TIME) because I STILL have not been contacted. Again a different service member tells me my car is ready... still no update, but at this point I'm rushing to beat traffic to get there by 6pm. No point in dragging out a convo on the phone I am apparently going to have in person. I get the bill and an excuse that they were a little backed up. The final straw was when I went to put my kids in the car to drive home from the service center, the car seat had been removed and was laying loose in the backseat. For those of you who have kids, you know this is not a quick fix... I have 2 small children hungry for dinner with me (one is a wandering 2 year old) knowing I'm having to sit in at least 30 minutes of traffic on the way home- and now I have to pull up youtube and reattach this carseat while juggling a cranky 5 and 2 year old. Thankfully my ride that dropped me off was able to take my kids home so I could drive solo in my car. I understand if the car seat was taken out to accomadate the repair- but you have to tell people that so they can be ready to reinstall a carseat. The service center dropped the ball on communication ALL DAY. Very disappointed and will not be using this location again. More
After over a year of my wife bugging and begging me for a new car. I finally caved to go to the dreaded car dealership where you have the pushy, sleazy and lying car salesman that we all absolutely dread dea new car. Which is exactly what I got when at another different Honda dealership. My wife and I were signing the paperwork in finance when BAM they hit us with all sorts of new fees that were supposed to be in the deal we agreed on BEFORE going to the finance dept. to sign. After fighting with them for an hour in finance my wife and I walked out with the worst feeling you can imagine about Honda and that dealership. That night Frustrated, defeated and flat out pissed off. I sent an Email to Hardin Honda at 10:30 pm laying out everything, what financing we were going to use, what I wanted for my trade in, what I was going to put down and all the extras I wanted and what my payment had to be. To my surprise, I got text at 8am the next morning from Erickson first off apologizing for how my wife and I were treated and said he would do everything in his power to make us happy and get what we wanted, he was going to work some numbers and see what he could do for us and get back to me. About an hour or so later I received a call back from Erickson. Now this is where Hardin Honda puts the Blue Shirt Helpful Honda guys to shame! He said we can honor that deal, and we just got that car delivered yesterday when do you want to come down I will pull it in front and have it ready for you. From the second I stepped foot on the property I felt valued, respected, and heard. I was at the dealership for maybe an hour and drove off the lot in my wife’s brand new car! This dealership is hands down the most friendly and honest dealership I have ever felt with! The dealership and the staff should be the benchmark for all Honda dealers nationwide. It has completely changed my mind on the stereotypical car dealership and salesman. While I was there I talked to everyone from the very top to the very bottom and everyone in between and when talking to upper management its very clear why I got treated so well. It starts at the top. I truly don’t have enough good words to describe my gratitude to Hardin Honda ESPECIALLY Erickson! He truly went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy. More

The sales representative I spoke with said, and I quote, "I'm sorry sir, but that's a service issue, not a sales issue. A sales manager wouldn't be able to help with this service issue." Therefore, I request that I am not patronized by having a sales manager call me after reading the review. The most frustrating experience is having to speak with someone who uses the sales tactic of, "Sir, I'm your friend and a good guy," without being prepared or looking into the service history. They then made a statement indicating that I was at fault: "Sir, you bought this in July, put 3,000 miles on it, and now you are asking for the brakes." Clearly, they did not do their research. This message is directed to management: please have someone who has done their research call me. At this point, I do not want to repeat myself unless it’s Roberta Hardin or someone who is actually going to rectify this issue with authority and doesn’t have to ask someone else for approval or feedback. Please, no more tier one management. I need a senior management person that will actually stand behind the Hardin Honda name and fix the issue at hand. As someone who works in the service industry, I have a strong understanding of what constitutes great customer service. I am writing to share the disappointing experiences I've had with your Finance Staff, specifically Arnaldo Morones, and your Service Department. Finance Department Issues: A few months back, I co-signed for a preowned 2021 Honda CR-V for my nephew, Derek J. Juarez. Our initial interaction with Jimmy Zuvic was positive, leading us to choose your dealership over others. However, the finance experience with Arnaldo Morones was frustrating. Despite multiple requests to use our SchoolsFirst credit union pre-approval, Arnaldo insisted on creating a new application. Throughout the interaction, he seemed visibly irritated, lacked eye contact, and provided minimal information. This unprofessional demeanor left a negative impression. Service Department Issues: Shortly after the purchase, we experienced squeaking brakes and brought the vehicle in for inspection twice. Both times, your team attributed the issue to cold weather and did not resolve the problem. Today, my nephew dropped off the car for its first oil change and mentioned the brake issue again. Despite this, the service department did not inspect the brakes. When I called to follow up, it took multiple attempts to get through, and my calls were either disconnected or transferred to voicemail. The lack of responsiveness from your service team is unacceptable. I urge you to review recorded phone lines to understand that my interactions were calm and respectful, yet I received inadequate support. I am considering sharing my experience on social media and escalating the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if the issue is not promptly addressed. When I first arrived, I just saw people chilling not really trying to sale or work. So I was thinking like there is no way this is the place I am going to buy the car but they give me the best offer onc really trying to sale or work. No hesitation No manager is busy please let me waste your time moment. Just straight out best price and no other dealers near me can match the price. Will defitnetly recommend buying car here, people being so nice and just so enthuastic to sell you cars might not be the best option to buy a car is my lesson lol. Aiming for percent off is a good strategy. More

Jimmy is a wizard with “the numbers” his creativity allowed me to get a car far nicer than the one I was expecting and I am so pleased and thankful. I also appreciated his sense of humor lightening up the car buying experience. Irving has expert knowledge about the cars electronics and accessories. He has extreme patience as well, as someone who is less than tech savvy, he took the time to explain the navigation systems and Honda Link in a way that was easy to understand. This is the third car I have purchased at Honda over 20:years, the experience has always been good but these two guys made it great and I so appreciate it. I will always recommend Hardin Honda as a center for excellence in service. Thanks again!! More
