As always the experience was pleasant and friendly. We especially like the fact that there was no game playing associated with trade-in value and new car pricing. Our salesman Tim was very helpful went overboard to make sure the process went smoothly. We have been Hyundai fans for some and have praised the line with aunts, brothers, nieces and anyone else who will listen. It is a great value but it is also a great car. I should add that the warranty is great but the vehicles are very well built and great performers. Although all the staff were great we want to point out that Helen the receptionist, was very friendly , professional and went out of her way in getting us with the right person at the right time. What Warranty? I took my Veloster Turbo in to have the Bluetooth and Automatic Volume Control fixed. After two hours of working on it, the service advisor came to and told me that both seemed to be working as intended. The excuse for the Bluetooth was that my iPhone 6 was too new and Hyundai did not support it. As for the AVC, they attempted to convince me that I just couldn't detect the changes in volume. (That's a decent way of avoiding repairs-- lying to your customers about the functionality of their vehicles) After this pathetic attempt at "service," I contacted the Hyundai corporate office and was put in contact with the district manager of parts and service. She directed me to Wilson County Hyundai where they actually took the time to update the head unit in my car and fix both of my problems. I do not understand why Hallmark was unwilling/unable to do this for me, but the experience was pathetic. Avoid this service department if the Hyundai warranty matters to you-- they simply ignore it. There's a reason Wilson County Hyundai wins so many awards with its service department: they take care of their customers. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Hallmark for any of their services. There are too many other dealers in the area that do better work. More

I recently decided that my wife needed a new vehicle. (To be more accurate, my wife recently decided she needed a new car.) Anyway, I spent considerable time on-line researching and decided that Hyundai (To be more accurate, my wife recently decided she needed a new car.) Anyway, I spent considerable time on-line researching and decided that Hyundai in general and the Veloster in particular had the best combination of quality, warrantee, safety, features, and price in the class of vehicle that interested us. I decided to use our local Hyundai dealer, Hallmark Hyundai, in Hendersonville Tennessee. Our salesman, John Honeycutt was very helpful and patient during the sales process, even after he had to give his entire sales presentation twice, once for me and once, later, for my wife. After she saw and drove the car she really loved it. It had all the features she wanted, sunroof, navigation, backup camera, remote start, basically everything she could think of. {I steered her away from the turbo model, just more horsepower than she really needed.} The actual sales process was extremely simple and they were quite helpful during the process. I can’t comment on financing since that was not a consideration but the two wonderful women in the sales office explained all the pertinent sections for the forms that were required and offered several useful additions. They also checked on some last minute questions I thought of while in the sales office. John was very helpful even after the actual sale of the vehicle, taking time to review all the features and functions of the electronics with my wife and helping her set up all the links for her phone along with all the other features like the XM radio and the MyHyundai website. Hallmark Hyundia was also very responsive about taking care of a couple of small issues I noticed about the car in a very timely manner. I would also advise people to purchase the key insurance; ours has already gone through the wash once. However, on the bright side, it is a very durable key. I would highly recommend to anyone John, Hallmark Hyundai, and the Veloster. More

Marcello DeFreitas was great and very patient and fun to work with. The whole experience was great until after we signed all the paperwork and were completely done, the lady in that department wanted to sel work with. I was in the market for a new vehicle and Hyundai was one of four vehicles I was interested in. I will have to say Bo Frensley was the best out of the four to deal with.
