This was my second car purchased at hallmark both times I delt with Marcelo Defreitas he gave me great service and price. I also have had my vehicles serviced at hallmark for three years and the Service Dep delt with Marcelo Defreitas he gave me great service and price. The service manager who I had never seen before nor dealt with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. The sales team was great and the service I have received has always bee with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. I previously dealt with someone named Alan who was very professional and always helpful as well but he was not there. The manager made me feel as if I was bothering her for bringing my vehicle in, then did not want to listen to what I had to say, rolled her eyes at one point and spoke rudely to me. I will never take my vehcile back to the Hendersonville store again nor will I recommend it to friends and family as I have in the past. Sad that such an amazing dealership employs such low quality leaders. More

Actually, they did change the price, but it came out to $100 less than what they told me on the phone.
