I was in for a routine oil change on a Saturday afternoon and was welcomed with a sincere and prompt greeting before I even got out of the car! Usually on a Saturday afternoon in the service department, everyone has the "blahs" and are just watching the clock, hoping no one else comes in! Not so the case here! The oil was changed, and the car looked over for any other items that might've been needed and then I was on my way!
