Fantastic Service My entire experience was far more than I could ever imagine. From the time I found the car on cars.com through driving off the lot. Jabari never hes My entire experience was far more than I could ever imagine. From the time I found the car on cars.com through driving off the lot. Jabari never hesitated to answer all my questions with a smile via email or phone. oh my, when I arrived the morning I went to pickup my car I could not believe the greeting I received from everyone, I was totally amazed. Since Jabari is a sales manager he introduced me to Frank and he was exceptionally nice explaining all the paperwork and then introducing me to the finance guy. Everyone took time to explain everything fully. Once all the paperwork was done Frank escorted me to my car and took time to explain all the gadgets on my new car. Customer service is extremely important to me and Haley Buick in Richmond, VA has definitely got it going on. It was definitely worth the drive from Maryland. More

Great customer service I took my car for repairs on a recall and had brake pads replaced at the same time. From the time I pulled my car in to the time I left, the customer I took my car for repairs on a recall and had brake pads replaced at the same time. From the time I pulled my car in to the time I left, the customer service was terrific! I felt very taken care of. The pricing on the pads were an added bonus as they were running a special. I would definitely take my car back here in the future as well as recommend this dealer to friends and family. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that worked the outside to include him in this review! More
