Over the years, one of the reasons, I have gained Haley Buick GMC trust is because of Mr. Tom Presti's honesty, loyalty to his job and each customer, as well as personally staying on top of what each customer needs or doesn't need done. He really cares and he let's you know. Today, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but Tom told me I needed to have my transmission fluid changed. I asked can't it wait until my next oil change? He informed me I was way overdue so of course I got it done. Safety first. 1st brand new lease, After purchasing a vehicle for this same dealersip and salesman about 3 yrs ago I've been by GM on a few service visits and inquired about an upgrade, After purchasing a vehicle for this same dealersip and salesman about 3 yrs ago I've been by GM on a few service visits and inquired about an upgrade, I've been so pleased with my previous purchase that, I expressed that the next vehicle would have to be compatible not just newer and Mr Frank Locust knew this so he gave me the time and space to test drive and get comfortable with making the decision, the were also very understanding on my particular necessary needs/additions on the vehicle and after my test drive I really like the upgrade so me and my husband decided that if the trade was fair we'd go ahead.
