We were greeted at the door and was very friendly. We were brought in by a the GMC Acadia on the website. It wasn't on the lot but we test drove a similar vehicle. One of the very best experiences I have had buying a car. I went to many GMC dealerships in my search and talked to many of them by phone as well. Kyle Webb gave the best demonstration of the vehicle and knew all the features. There were many features on the 2011 Terrain and I felt Kyle answered all of my questions right there on the spot. Kyle was honest and up front about everything. Everyone Kyle introduced me to like the sales manager and the financie manager were all very professional. One of the biggest suprises was at the finance stage. Where most dealerships I have dealt with in the past try to strong arm you into something you don't think you need the finance manager did not. It made the whole experience that much much better! More
I bought my used vehicle in Haley's Richmond, VA store from Plano, TX, finding the car online flying in to pick it up and actually see it for the first time. I depended on Ernie and particularly Kyle to from Plano, TX, finding the car online flying in to pick it up and actually see it for the first time. I depended on Ernie and particularly Kyle to describe the condition of this car to my satisfaction. Kyle worked hard to answer any questions I had and took photos in addition to the ones already online to highlight areas I wanted to be certain about. Ernie, the Sales Manager, was friendly and helpful and was easy to talk with and arrange a deal. The car was exactly as promised and I am very pleased. Kyle was even able to get the original window sticker for me from the original owner! He went out of his way to make this a very pleasant experience. I was also able to meet several other members of the staff, some real car enthusiasts like myself. My buying experience with Haley was excellent. I would buy from them again. Ask for Kyle or Ernie. I had an 8am appointment, left my car, had requested Courtesy Service,but when the drive arrived, he was not told I was in the customer waiting room, therefore I did not get home until after 10am. I requested my vehicle be ready by 1:30pm, I received a call on my way back to the dealership telling me what other service recommendations my needed. I only required an oil change and tire rotation, and even after I got back to the dealership, the vehicle was not ready, I had to wait for an additional 1/2 hour which made me late for my appointment I had at the office. I have been a customer at that location since 1978, and this is the first time I was utterly discussed with the entire ordeal. I need to bring the vehicle back in for service, but I am leery about coming back because it appears I am having problems with the vehicle and not sure if it is related to my last visit or not. The Oil Icon on my vehicle panel stays on and does not go off when the other icons disappear once the vehicle is started. More
After having a bad experience with a competing GM dealership in the area, I did not have high hopes of having better service anywhere else. Haley and Travis were a lot more than I expected. I was looking for a new Yukon XL and the salesman was very helpful in allowing an overnight test drive so I could test fit all 5 kids and a trip to Costco! Everything was great except the available color, and upon finding the desired color at another dealer, he was able to quickly deliver it to in time to make a weekend trip including having the NAV system installed in time! Excellent service with no xx on the financials. More
