We were looking for a new car. Since we had been so happy with Buicks, we decided to look at the Buick LaCrosse. Kyle was extremely helpful in showing us the 2012 Buick LaCrosse and the many features happy with Buicks, we decided to look at the Buick LaCrosse. We were only looking at used trucks, thinking about trading our truck. We decided to take the truck for a test drive, and Shawn met us outside. We spoke for a few minutes and Shawn went for the key. When we got into the truck, Shawn began explaining all of the features on the truck, but he was never pushy. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He made sure we were well informed about the vehicle we were looking at. We decided to "run the numbers". Shawn explained every step of the way what he was doing and walked us through each step. After he showed us the numbers, we realized that we could get a new truck for not much more a month than the used truck would have been. Again he walked us through the whole process step by step and made us very comfortable. He was patient with us and helped us with making the best decision for us. I would recomend Haley and Shawn personally to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I really appreciated Travis's friendliness and it was nice to have a thank you note on my dash when I picked my car up.
