Last visit in September I a "bubble" in one tire was discovered. After 2 months of looking for a new truck and going to every dealership with in a 75 mile radius our final stop was Haley and that was the best decision we made. We ended up ordering a 2012 Sierra and were kept informed of the trucks progress the whole time. When we picked up the truck it was clean, full of fuel and ready to go. I orginally visted this dealer to have my 2004 Yukon serviced. While waited a began to view the new vehicles on the lot and test drove it that same night. It was close to closing and Kyle took the time serviced. While waited a began to view the new vehicles on the lot and test drove it that same night. It was close to closing and Kyle took the time to go over the vehicle with me and offered me a test drive. The next day when visiting the dealerships service dept to follow up on a repair, Tom in service suggested that I have them look at my truck to see how much it was worth. Unfortunately Kyle was not there but Bruce stepped in and assited with my needs. Three days later I was driving a 2011 GMC Acadia. The sales and finance department were helpful and courteous. I've known Tom for years and he has always been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend the team at Haley Buick GMC. More
