His appointment prior to mine was running behind but he had already made arrangements for Shawn Reed to help me so I didn't have to wait. I was impressed with that since I know they work on commission. Shawn was very knowledgable about the Enclave and he made me feel comfortable driving the vehicle on the test drive. It drove like a dream! It was my dream car! When we went back to talk numbers, Shawn listened to my concerns and what I wanted. With his help I was able to get a much better trade-in on my car than the Blue Book value. Between the 0% financing, the higher trade-in value and a little wheeling and dealing, I was able to drive away in the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles I could ever want.
