I purchased my 2005 Ford Expedition Limited from Haley Buick in August of 2012. My salesperson was Ernie and Jabari. During the test drive of the vehicle, it was cutting back and Ernie said that it was f Buick in August of 2012. My salesperson was Ernie and Jabari. During the test drive of the vehicle, it was cutting back and Ernie said that it was fine that it just had plugs changed and probably was a little wet. Said he would take care of it and when they called me back the next day to retest drive the car it was fine except a little ticking and the code was gone. I purchased the car cash upfront. 2 weeks later a code popped up and the car was cutting back I had to replace both catalytic converters. A month after that I had to replace the altenator. 3 months later I was driving an the truck began sounding like a lawnmower. I had it towed to the shop immediately, only to find that the number 8 plug had an adaptor on it as it had been rethreaded and wasn't in straight and had come out. I made several attempts to speak with someone about the problem and was always told they will call back and never did. Now one year after purchase my truck is in the shop for engine problems. Ernie and his team at Haley Buick are crooks and cant be trusted. More
