I was able to schedule service at a convenient time, had a representative meet me when I arrived and was promptly processed in the service area. Due to unexpected additional repairs, I was contacted early to give approval and my car was ready earlier than expected. Tom Presti was courteous, helpful and east to talk with about needed repairs. He was thorough in explaining what was done to my car (both my initial concern and the unanticipated repairs). I will certainly recommend both Haley and Mr. Presti to friends, colleagues, and family. I'm back!! I LOVE Buick. Never thought I would ever say those words or purchase a Buick. My grandparents always had a Buick and I considered them "old people" I LOVE Buick. Never thought I would ever say those words or purchase a Buick. My grandparents always had a Buick and I considered them "old people" cars. But once I sat in the Enclave in 2010, I had to have it. And this year I downsized to the Envision. I will be back when I'm ready for a new(er) vehicle!! GM, please make more of your vehicles (SUVs) in a dark blue color!! Below I'm asked: which dealership employee do you feel was most interested in serving your interests, rather than the interests of the dealership? that's not a fair question because I can't choose just one. Service, (Tom Presti and Mr. Frank who drives the shuttle) are awesome to work with when my Enclave needs service. And most recently, Sales and Finance all made me feel like I was the priority and my interest was most important!! More
