Superb service department I have been taking my Saturn to Haley Buick GMC for inspections and service for about seven years. They have always given excellent customer service. I have been taking my Saturn to Haley Buick GMC for inspections and service for about seven years. They have always given excellent customer service. They help me keep up with my vehicle maintenance schedule, but they have never tried to push extras I don't need. Last year when I was having trouble with a tire sensor the service tech called me to make sure I got home safely and then set up an appointment the next day for repair. Tom Presti in the service department is always very professional and explains what needs to be done and the price for any service. Some service/repair places tend to talk down to women. They have never done that. If I don't understand something, I ask and they explain. I have shared with several of my friends the excellent service they provide and I highly recommend Haley Buick GMC. I'm not planning on buying a new car, but if I was this would also be my dealership. More
