We were still planning to test drive other vehicles before we made our ultimate purchase, and Daniel was respectful of our decision to do so. He did not force the discussion of preapproval, and he waited for us to make the first move, which we both greatly appreciated. Ultimately, the Acadia wasn't the right fit for what we were looking for, but Daniel was, by far, the best salesperson we encountered during our vehicle search. I believe that the price quoted for the truck was very reasonable and fair. The customer service was outstanding! I have been shopping around for tires for my truck for awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called C awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called Capital to see what they could do for me. I spoke to Allen Andrews on the phone and he got the ball rolling for me. The tires I were looking at were about $100 cheaper(4 of them total) on a website. He told me not to worry, that he would price match them. He sure did, and lucky enough there was an extra $60 rebate card that I can recieve. The tires were there that afternoon, and was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Allen and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Even the parts man in the back had some good tips on how to maintain my truck and keep it running strong. (I think his name was Chris) Great overall experience. I will definitely be back for my service needs. Keep up the good work. More
