My 2010 GMC Terrain wahey took s in for a piston problem with 90,000 K plus in mileage. They took care of the problem and worked worked with me to keep the time the car was in the shop to a minimum to me s with 90,000 K plus in mileage. We have two older model cars that continue to be very reliable, We believe it is because the excellent service and care that we get from the service department. 2001 Grand AM (185,000 miles)and 2003 GMC reliable, We believe it is because the excellent service and care that we get from the service department. 2001 Grand AM (185,000 miles)and 2003 GMC Envoy (138,000 miles). Capital is the only repair shop for our vehicles. The service is done right the first time, the employees are as much the reason we are repeat customers as well as the service.When it is time to replace our vehicles we will purchase from Capital. Capital is friendly on the surface but below that they are very stubborn, expensive, rigid and unhelpful! Going by Kelly and NADA, they overcharged me for the car I bought but lowballed me on my trade! are very stubborn, expensive, rigid and unhelpful! Getting into a substitute vehicle turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up paying taxes and fees on three cars, and Capital could not possibly be bothered in helping me find a way around that. After paying inflated service charges, taxes and fees to get my trade in car back, they refused to even put a little gas in it so I could get home. More

We have always used GMC for servicing our vehicles, this was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. We brought in our Tahoe on Friday the 11th and it ws not ready for pick was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. There was little to no communication unless it was facilitated by us to get progress on the status of when our vehicle was going to be finished. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received when all of our previous experiences have been great. More
