My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from our friends over at capital and the experience was by far our best with a car dealer. Shaun was very helpful and friendly from the very first phone call which made the decision to drive from New Jersey to Richmond much easier. Going beyond the sales portion of the deal, meeting with Robert in the finance department amazed us even further. These guys at Capital have set the bar really high in their business and I'm sure they will continue to raise it even higher. We love our new car and would not mind doing this deal all over again. I would give a 5 rating in all categories for my last visit as they actually discussed the problem with me, and I do believe we have it repaired now. In the past, they would repair; and I would pick up visit as they actually discussed the problem with me, and I do believe we have it repaired now.
