During the next few days I spoke with many people, both at the dealership and GM, and was informed I could not get the accessories First they said the new truck had to be titled in the business name, they later gave me the excuse of "the program can't be combined with the college discount". Even though the dealer made their money on the sale and the access. were paid by GM, the dealer blamed GM and vice versa. When I purchased the truck I made it plain to everyone, both through email and at the showroom that I would pay all tax, title and tags. After about ten days they called to tell me they messed up and pay DMV fees for me. So it seemed to me that since they have such incompetent staff, we can trade off on the GM accessories and their mix up at DMV. I was forced to pay the DMV fees and still did not get the accessories I was entitled to. Also got short changed on the On Star and XM radio.
