My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300S from Capital. After an extensive online search, I found the best overall option on Capital's website. Since we live about 80 miles from this dealership, I inquired about its availability through the website. I was immediately called by Brad Johnson. His phone call was informative, friendly and to the point. Understanding that I lived some distance from the dealership, Brad sent me a detailed video email of the vehicle. Once we decided that we would buy the vehicle and make the drive to the dealership within a few days, Brad kept in contact and made my wife and I feel secure that this particular vehicle would be there when we arrived. Brad was waiting and ready to show us the vehicle and was extremely helpful in our purchase. Our overall experience with Brad, and the entire Capital team was extremely positive. More
I am dissatisfied with the quality of service I've received this far. My car has been waiting for service since Monday evening. This has not only been an inconvenience but lost of income as well. Unfortunately my jobs are related to traveling to different locations throughout a day. My concern is that I was given an incorrect quote and now my car has not been serviced. Due to the economy I choose to have my car service here as I was quoted by Parts dept $315.00 for the part and $90.00 for service by Jason.Only after the diagnostic was I told a different price , when he already knew prior too, that the diagnostic were only going to confirm our initial conversation about the cost of the labor. He later told me that he was a new employee and he had made an error. Totally unacceptable! I'm having trouble understanding why I have to continue being inconvenience, while he comes up with a plan to order a cheaper part to offset his mistake. I think Jason should take full responsibility for his actions and be held accountable. Please contact me ASAP to enlighten me as to how proper procedure for honoring wrong quotes. I was browsing online one day, and sent the dealership my info to be contacted about a car we've seen in their ad. My wife and I knew it would have to wait until later...3 months or so. Not much longer after that, approximately 2 weeks later we got a call back from the Sales Consultant about something we could possibly be interested in, and he was right... to make a long story short we set up an appointment, came in, took a test drive, and before we knew we were headed home that same night in the vehicle. We didn't plan on that :) Overall everything went well. Very Good customer service, and friendly environment thats including the mechanics. Our sales consultant was a patient, no hassle kind of guy. I recommended my aunt to go here for her next vehicle she plans on purchasing in the near future, and I too recommend you too. More

My husband and I were looking for a like new vehicle for our family. I researched some options online and within 30 minutes received a call from Kory Clayton. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was on the lot and the other Capital Lots as well. After looking at the Jeep that we originally inquired about we realized it wasn't big enough for our family. Kory found a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer that met all of our needs and then some. Kory was not pushy, genuine and honest. We are a small business owner and we will buy all of our vehicles, personal and commercial from him. We look forward to doing business with him again soon. The dealership and the people at the dealership went out of their way to understand my situation and work with me. There are so many hoops that you have to jump through (getting a physical address, a Virginia license, Virginia insurance). Everyone at the dealership was very understanding. We quickly identified the car that I wanted. Then we started working on the price, financing and the final details. They kept the car for me, kept checking in with me offering to do anything that they could to help. They worked out all of the financing terms and paperwork with my bank. Then, they offered to come get my car during the day to detail it and get everything perfect. G.S. was my salesman and he was great, he did everything he possibly could to make the experience the best ever. He made sure that everything was taken care of, he followed up every step up the process. He tried to make the process as painless for me as possible, even if it meant that he had to do extra work. Happy is like the coordinator of a ship, he checks in on you at every step of the process. He checks off on all the boxes to make sure that everything is right. The car buying process took me almost 3 weeks because of my residency issues, so Happy went back and checked to make sure that the rebates had not gotten any better before we signed the deal. Making sure that I got the best deal possible. More
