Great team at Capital Buick GMC for the non-typical buyer I started looking for a new truck or SUV, wasn't sure, a few months ago and stopped in and met Greg Huband. It was a cordial meet and greet and Greg was very helpful on the the few questions I had. Thought it would be a while till I returned as I wasn't that serious about buying yet. I started doing a lot of internet research on SUV's, trucks and other possible vehicle purchases and decided to take my wife in to Capital to at least look at what is out there(she despises shopping especially car shopping) and try to narrow down the search between a truck and SUV. We met Steve Dixon on that visit. Steve was great to talk to and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After looking, my wife and I decided to pursue a truck after looking at a Sierra SLT. I continued to do some research via the internet and decided to build my own truck on the GMC website. The truck I built, with all the options I was looking for, turned out to be a Sierra Denali. I hit the submit for quote button on the website and it sent out the request to dealers. It so happened, Capital got that inquiry and through that submission is how we met Janet Pineman, the Internet Sales Consultant. However, by the time I could return her call and schedule a visit, the Denali I originally requested was sold. Janet didn't give up, they had another Iridium Metallic Denali in stock and we went into test drive it. Needless to say, once the whole family took it for a test drive, we were in love. Janet is new to GMC, but knows the car business. After the drive, I spent a few days back and forth with her through email and phone, asking questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got it within a few minutes. After a few days thought and negotiations we decided to buy. After we agreed to buy, we requested two options, a spray on bed liner (definitely worth it) and the under seat storage in that back. Janet and the Capital team got the liner and the storage unit installed in less than 24 hours. We were supposed to pick the truck up on Friday evening. As we were signing the paper work at about 11 a.m. Friday morning, with Capital's expeditious closing agent Ryan, we decided to add the clear coat protection. Again Janet and Capital Team rose to the occasion, and by 4:00pm they had applied the clear coat and had the truck ready, 2 hours earlier than we planned. While we were working the final details with Janet, I had the opportunity to speak with and work with Steve on a couple of occasions, he was great. He even found and delivered to me the perfect hitch receiver at a great price for my towing needs. One other person, we would like to thank, but unfortunately didn't get his name, is the young gentleman that started recently. He was extremely knowledgeable about GM trucks, especially the engines. His advice definitely helped us know we were making the right decision. In all it took 4 sales associates to handle this non-typical customer. The whole Capital team was awesome. Definitely my first stop for my next car purchase. As they say PICK CAPITAL!!! More

I love my new car I was looking for Acura's on Autotrader. The picture I saw of this car was distorted, I couldn't tell the color so I inquired by chat on the internet I was looking for Acura's on Autotrader. This was my second purchase of a new vehicle from Capital and my first time working with Steve Dixon. I had very specific needs/wants and price on a new vehicle. Steve went above and beyond to find me everything on my list to include obtaining information on another vehicle at their Jeep dealership. He communicated with me during every step of the process. While I can be quite demanding and very specific on what I want, Steve and Capital accommodated my needs. I was so pleased I baked him brownies-that should tell you something. I would recommend Capital and specifically Steve to anyone who is in the market for a new car. The dealership is further from me than others but, it is worth the 17 mile drive to be treated well.
