Without a Doubt - the best deal ever! We traveled approximately75 miles to go to Hagerstown Ford to look at a specific car that they had in inventory. We were greeted by Christin Ditch when we arrived. We could tell that she was new to the business but she was very knowledgeable about the car at which we were looking. During the test drive Christin was explaining the features of the car and how they worked. My decision had been made that this was the car that I wanted and if the price was right I would leave with the car that night. After returning from the test drive we worked with Christin and Chris Mason in arriving at the final price. It was a low pressure environment, very easy going and some laughs along the way. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that helped in the Finance department, probably due to the excitement I felt about the car. He was very professional, handled the details in a very organized manner and in short period of time. After all the paperwork was finished and I had the keys in hand Christin took the time to program my phone to work with the Bluetooth capabilities of the car. Once that was done she showed me how to use the system and make a call. This was without a doubt the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had. Well worth the trip to Hagerstown Ford. This was the best deal I have ever received when purchasing a new car.
