Mr. Marade, while it is unfortunate the second Bronco you purchased from us this year had a small tear in the seat from the factory, these things do happen and are out of our control. However, we did promise to pay for the seat cover replacement in full to your local Ford dealer since you reside so far out of our market area and coming back to us for replacement was not possible for you. Which we have done - and I see you slammed that Ford Store on a review also. If you feel the tag fee is too much for your state... you should take that up with the State of VA - we do not control State fees - this is also out of our control. As far as charging market adjustments on Broncos - we are far less than most every other Ford store in the Country - which is exactly why you came from SIX hours away and drove past 57 other Ford Stores to purchase, not one, but TWO broncos from us! We strive to accommodate our out of state customers as much as possible but sometimes the distance creates a challenge.
