Hagerstown Ford responded

In response to the customer concern. The 2006 F-250 was purchased from the dealer in a "As is - No Warranty" condition. The customer signed a document indicating this condition of sale. As to the concern afore mentioned, the dealer has attempted to eliminate the owners concern by several methods. The concern is exasperated by high heat and blower motor setting. The dealer has investigated concern on several occassions for any exhaust, coolant or other root causes, we feel it is a inherent concern related to the operating conditions, age and mileage factors. Dealer has exhausted our goodwill in this matter. Recommendations have been made to the customer related to air fresheners to mask odors in a attempt over a few months of eliminating concern. Dealer has researched and confirmed extended service contract is effective. The Service Director has attempted to communicate with customer and left messages, customer did leave a message indicating he had poor cell service on a work site.
