Very Impressive, Exceeded Expectations We were first directed to Mike Reid by a salesman from a Mercedes dealer. Finding out he was the fleet manager, and considering we were wanting to spe We were first directed to Mike Reid by a salesman from a Mercedes dealer. Finding out he was the fleet manager, and considering we were wanting to special order a new vehicle, and not a common one either, we were initially skeptical if he was the right person for the job. After working with him all of our doubts were washed away. He made sure to honor all of our requests and his promises, and he was very pleasant to work with in building the new vehicle and working with the finances, including coming to a very fair middle ground for a trade in value. He walked us through the controls and systems, this being our first Ford, on similar vehicles before ours came in, and on ours painstakingly when it did. It arrived right when he predicted it would and made sure every detail was taken care of and it was completely prepared and ready to be driven away. On top of having an SVT vehicle that impressed us enough to turn us on to the brand, the buying experience was so impressive that it was one of, if not the best, from any brand, including many luxury brands.
