Mr Taylor spent hours answering questions, making helpful suggestions and offering information that I forgot to ask or never thought to ask (very knowledgeable in all areas). He showed great patience and respect during this process. I know it was a very long day for Mr Taylor and I want to thank him and let him know how much I appreciate his effort to make this a successful day for me. I found a great vehicle within the budget I wanted. I love my new car and would recommend him and the dealership to any of my friends and family. Service Department poor service Issues with my 2015 Ford Edge. Been in the shop 5 times for tire sensor fault. Still not resolved. Tim Rowe the "Service Manager" could care less. H Issues with my 2015 Ford Edge. Been in the shop 5 times for tire sensor fault. Still not resolved. Tim Rowe the "Service Manager" could care less. He drive my vehicle over 200 miles without my knowledge and still no resolution. A/C works intermittently but yet he continues to tell me nothing is wrong. Extremely poor service and this is my LAST Ford! I am in the process of contacting Fird Headquarters and I will be in touch with the CEO. More
