I recently moved to Frederick and Hagerstown had the closest Ford. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what to expect. When we got out of the car we were welcomed with open arms! We were comparing three trucks and they made accommodations to line them up all together and help us compare which one worked best for our family. Everyone was extremely friendly and not pushy salesmen and women. From the first test drive to the last paper we signed every person we met had so much knowledge.
