Painless and exciting This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership. I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape 10 years ago and was reluctant to let it go as it still had many miles le This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership. I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape 10 years ago and was reluctant to let it go as it still had many miles left on it. I tests drove the new 2017 Ford Escape and instantly fell in love. When talking to the sales person, "Crazy Andy" he made the whole experience stress free and did everything to get us every discount possible. Add in Chris the Sales manager, great guy and he to did a service for us due to my husband being a veteran and we thank him. Throw in Mike the finance guy, None better. Each one of these guys took the time to explain everything and make sure we got the most for our money. Thank you Hagerstown Ford for making my husband's birthday and our 38th anniversary more special and exciting than we had planned. More

I found the green Super Duty searching on line, called the dealership to inquire. Chuck, the commercial account manager returned my call quickly, the advertised price was the price we paid, we were able to handle all the paper work by e-mail. A very smooth transaction & when we would not have been able to pick the truck up until after 6PM, Chuck arranged to have it delived to our office (about 1 1/4 hour trip 1 way). I would reccomend this dealership & would not hesitate to buy from them again. More
