I could not say enough great things about Haddad Subaru. I leased a Forester a couple of years ago. Since then I had a baby and really wanted more room for family trips. On a whim I called Haddad Subaru and asked what my options were. In less than 10 minutes they provided me with great information on options to get into a new Ascent and the payment was more affordable than I could have ever hoped for. The next day I stopped in and test drove the Ascent. It is the perfect vehicle for our expanded family. I love all the features and we cannot wait to take it on our first trip for Christmas. Once I decided it was the car for us, it took less than an hour to sign the paperwork. I was on the road in my new Ascent in no time at all. I am so grateful for the Joe, Chris, Ally, Colton and Ben. They made my experience super easy! As a new mother I was also really comfortable with their safety protocols. Everyone was properly masked and there was plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the building. More

I paid for an undercoat and realized after leaving the lot that they forgot to apply this. They did not clean the vehicle. They tried to charge me for a top rack which they promised would be included with lot that they forgot to apply this. They did not clean the vehicle. They tried to charge me for a top rack which they promised would be included with the car. Worst part is they had my car for 3 weeks while the registration was being approved. They had plenty of time to apply the undercoat, order the top rack and clean the vehicle. More

No problems what so ever, Joseph Rodgers (pr I recently bought a car from Haddad Subaru and it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! No problems what so ever, Joseph Rodgers (product specialist) took the initiative and helped made it possible to trade in my car for an even better one! Everything he did he made sure I was ok with, and even gave me his personal cell phone number to stay in contact with him just in case I had any additional questions and if he wasnt at his office phone to answer my call right away. My experience with them overall was excellent and I dont have one complaint at all with my experience, I look forward to dealing with Haddad Subaru in the later future and receiving their excellent customer service again!
