I spoke with Abby when calling to inquire on a newly listed CPO. As the price of the new car was competitive, that left only the trade-in negotiation. She went to Justin Casey (General Sales Manager) and obtained a trade-in value. I negotiated with her and she gave sound advice on what type of offer would be accepted by the dealership and we came to an agreement. Abby is very enthusiastic about working at Haddad Subaru and has a lot of respect for her managers and co-workers.
