I would like to commend Eli Yousef, I was only checking for a test drive and did not expect to get a car same day. Very helpful and transparent. I understand that it was his day off yesterday too. I was in for a test drive and did not expect to get a car same day. Very helpful and transparent. I understand that it was his day off yesterday too. I was in a hurry and he executed the process really well and as fast as he could. The Subaru Forester that I got is amazing. No more stuck on the massive pile of snow. More
Way Too Aggressive, Predatory Practices Returned my grandmother's leased Crosstrek some time ago and was interested in seeing if I could trade in my Impreza to help buy out the Crosstrek. I Returned my grandmother's leased Crosstrek some time ago and was interested in seeing if I could trade in my Impreza to help buy out the Crosstrek. I gave the dealer the keys for the appraisal and was to asked to sign a Commitment to Purchase in order to see what the trade in was worth, and what I would still need to pay. I was assured that this was only a formality and was just so they could run the numbers. The appraisal comes back and it's about half of what KBB values the car at, so I tell them I'd rather just take my car and be on my way. They respond by intimidating me with ad hominem arguments that I signed the Commitment to Buy, and if I wasn't actually willing to buy out the Crosstrek I was being dishonest, and that they might take legal action if I don't purchase the car. KEEP IN MIND, no numbers or figures were given to me prior to this frivolous "Commitment to Purchase" letter. After over an hour of trying to politely get my keys and leave (the dealer refused to give me my keys back) I inform them that I'm going to call the police, at which point the dealer went into a victim mode, and got my keys back. Please, do not use this dealer. More
My husband and I worked with Eli, who made the process of buying an Imprezza smooth and easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We would definitely ask for Eli the next time we buy a Subaru. We lov buying an Imprezza smooth and easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Fast and Friendly Swindlers Fast and friendly swindlers. Every sales-staff member was very nice during the initial visit. Signed for a beautiful Subaru Legacy. After the signing Fast and friendly swindlers. Every sales-staff member was very nice during the initial visit. Signed for a beautiful Subaru Legacy. After the signing is when everything started to go bad. The sales guy I dealt with had me sit down at a computer and instructed me what to write on a reviews site at the end. After one week I was very unsatisfied with the vehicle's performance and it wasn't getting anywhere close to the mpg they touted. I tried to return the car on this bases. They would not accept. I asked to speak with someone higher up; they refused. Two months after signing I came back to the dealership. I needed a different vehicle to accommodate my growing family. I asked if they could help me get into a less expensive vehicle with easy-to-clean seats for my children. They used my girlfriend's enthusiasm to get me into a different vehicle, which according to sticker, cost less than the sticker of the original. They also tacked on $5k, which had I realized at the time, I never would have done the swap. My payments were ballooned and a month later I had to pay them $8k to let me out of the whole 3-month deal. If you do go here, make sure you have done your research and budgeting. The law states that they have to also protect the consumer. They do not. You have to be your own advocate and make sure they don't swindle you. Your salesman will do everything he can to make the sale go through, even if you have a kid and another on the way and only a fulltime job paying $12/hr to support it all. More

A host of problems I purchased my pre-owned Crosstrek and when I first saw it the summer cloth mats were in the back of the car. When I picked it up, they were gone. It I purchased my pre-owned Crosstrek and when I first saw it the summer cloth mats were in the back of the car. When I picked it up, they were gone. It took me about two weeks to realize this oversight and when I called I was told the car was sold "as is". As if it's my fault that I forgot to look. So basically you're telling me to f*xx off. Totally unprofessional. I visited my local Subaru dealer after feeling some slipping in the transmission and looks like I now need a new transmission. So not only no mats, but you sold me a car with a pretty major defect. Something I now have to take care of. When at the local dealer, I asked about the mats. His response: these are standard for all Crosstreks and if the former leasee did not return them, they would have been charged for that. If those mats weren't returned as Haddad is claiming (even though I saw them with my own eyes), that money SHOULD have gone back into the vehicle and not pocketed. Shameful. Lastly, upon seeing my car, the dealer offered me, free of charge, a bottle of touch up paint for the various little paint dings on the car. So guess who got my business when my mom went to lease her 2019 Impreza?? That's right, not Haddad. More
Needed help with operating the media system in my new car I recently took delivery on a beautiful Touring Outback but needed some guidance with the Starlink system. There is so much to manage! I called Had I recently took delivery on a beautiful Touring Outback but needed some guidance with the Starlink system. There is so much to manage! I called Haddad at about 5 in the evening and a young man, Eli, came to my rescue. He told me to get in the car and walked me though the whole system by phone. He also sent me a link to YouTube to look at on my on reinforcing his lesson. My original salesman did a good job of explaining it, but since I'm of the "older generation", all this digital information is not absorbed on the first go round. Since my salesman was off today, this kind young man offered to help. I truly appreciate his patience and clarity. I now feel more confident with it, but I'm sure I'll have questions again. I know this dealership will be there to help me. And that's a good feeling. Thank you! More
