I purchased a used car from Brad Gordon the Sales Manager of Grossinger City North Autoplex. I sat down with Arun and Bradthem from that point forward Brad Gordon began to lie, manipulate and deceive me just of Grossinger City North Autoplex. I sat down with Arun and Bradthem from that point forward Brad Gordon began to lie, manipulate and deceive me just to close a sale. He didn't budge on the price at all saying that he priced it the lowest within 200 miles so that's why he refused to lower the price of the car. I told him that I had my own financing, however he insisted that I try financing for through his finance manager stating how great he was. He told me before we closed the deal that he would replace 2 pieces that were replacing parts in the car and in addition 2 keys and gas was promised. Upon picking up the car I noticed that Brad Gordon did not follow-up on his written and verbal promises. Since it was after 7:00 pm no one was able to make a decision or help. I called Brad Gordon on 3/20/2014 @ 930 to convey my disappointments. As I listed them ie. Missing key, small part not installed, below E on gas tank. As promised he stated that the parts was ordered however the wrong small part was ordered. He degenerated me by saying that the part by saying its only .69 so if that all it is we can get that. I asked about the gas that he promised to put in the car never was. He says "Khandice we don't put gas in used cars" . He began to get frustrated and started loud talking me, in addition to he started talking over me. Then his next statement was "Listen I can rip up the paperwork and we can end this now" I felt threatened. I asked him if he was threatening me over his incompetency. What was promised he did not deliver and left me with as a disgruntled customer. I would never recommend anyone to subject themselves to such a horrible experience. Brad Gordon should be evaluated when it comes to his manipulitive and decietful selling practices. More
I have purchased cars from this particular car dealer, and I have never had a bad experience before. Abdul was very pushy and quick to rush, did not talk numbers with us, sent us straight up to finance, w and I have never had a bad experience before. Abdul was very pushy and quick to rush, did not talk numbers with us, sent us straight up to finance, where we dealt with patrick, mind you patrick was rude and pushy as well. Not helpful at all. Abdul brad and patrick and three of the biggest liars! I would never return to this car dealer, not even for service. They tried to fool me and make me pay $10,000 more then what the car was already worth!they did additional paper work that I never agreed to doing.the better business Bureau will be notified and a corporate letter will be written as well. I ended up purchasing my car else were and got if fully loaded for less then what they were charging me! Explore your options people. Do not purchase from these scam artists. More
I brought my car in for a front end servicing. I worked primarily with Arnold. He is a great fellow, courteous, personable and friendly. The issue I have with this service department is that I had to bring primarily with Arnold. He is a great fellow, courteous, personable and friendly. The issue I have with this service department is that I had to bring my car back three times to get the problem fixed. Because the dealership is not located conveniently to a freeway or Interstate, they had trouble test driving my car. I guess they didn't want to take a mechanic out of the garage where they're busy cranking out routine services. On the second trip in, I had to take an afternoon off of work to test drive the car with a mechanic. Over the course of two weeks and three trips back to the dealership, well over a half of a tank of gas was wasted and the time getting back and forth to the dealership was not worth the trouble. I like the staff at Grossinger but I don't have the time or extra $$$ to help them figure out what is wrong with my car. I would expect the Chevrolet dealership/service department would be better prepared to fix it right the first time. More
They would not negotiate on the price. They took a very long time on the process and they put the wrong plates on my car and I could've gotten pulled over for expired plates. And they said to come back and long time on the process and they put the wrong plates on my car and I could've gotten pulled over for expired plates. And they said to come back and when I did they made me wait another hour and I had to come back the next day to get the plates I originally supposed to get. They didnt really do anything above and beyond and I would not come back to this dealership. More

Peter was courteous, attentive and had a great attitude & smile salesman and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac. MOST DISHONEST / WORST CUSTOMER SERVER EVER I received MOST DISHONEST / WORST CUSTOMER SERVER EVER I received a recall on my car and in the letter it said that if the engine light came on that I needed MOST DISHONEST / WORST CUSTOMER SERVER EVER I received a recall on my car and in the letter it said that if the engine light came on that I needed to take it into the dealership and have the fuel pump replaced. So I did just that. I dropped off the car at 7am on a Monday morning to have the fuel pump replaced. Arnold Muse called me at about 8:40 to let me know what they found out. He informed me that the fuel pump module was broken and would be replaced and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This part would arrive next day and they could replace the broken part then. He was very rude in doing so and I had to keep asking questions to figure out what exactly was happening because he was not up front and clear. I was told that they also found additional things wrong with the car that were not covered by warranty via the diagnostic test. He noted that running tests to find out the exact problems would cost $140. Normally I would have just taken it some where else as this is rather high for a full diagnostic test but I had it done at the dealership for piece of mind. I told Arnold I will give me a call back because I needed to talk it over with my boyfriend first. I called Arnold at around 9am for clarification and to confirm that we wanted the tests done. After not hearing any results of the tests all morning and afternoon I called at 3pm for an update. Arnold quoted me the cost for parts and labor for additional work was $675 plus tax. I said I would need to talk over this service with my boyfriend and because of the high cost and we really only wanted to take care of what we had covered under our warranty. I called him up again around 4pm to let him know we could not afford the additional work at this time and asked if we could get a parts and work list which he agreed to provide. I said all we would need done currently was the work covered by the warranty. I asked when I could expect the job to be completed next day and he estimated around 4pm (about 24hrs from the time I called him Monday). Since we have only 1 shared car to run errands after work I asked if I stopped by I could pickup the car if we needed it. He said that was fine and I agreed to return the car the next morning if I picked it up so they could get the work done. However, I forgot to call Arnold back to let him know we would be leaving the car at the shop overnight. Tuesday I called close to 4 PM to see if the work had been completed. I was shocked to hear Arnold say they had not worked on the car at all yet despite the part coming in. Since I had mistakenly forgot to call to verbally cancel need to pick the car up the night before he took that to mean I wanted no work done at all. I was never under the impression that the work was somehow hinging on whether or not I picked up the car to use the night before. Arnold complained to me that he waited around until 5 to have me pick up the car the day before. I am still confused at this complaint since the shop does not even close until 6pm. We finally got the car back after 3 days! 3 DAYS!!! And my car was making a rattling noise all of the sudden. Why would it do that? It sounded fine when I took it in. Believe it of not if the engine light hadn't come on I wouldn't have suspected anything to be wrong with the car. After about a week we decided to take it to Logan Auto Repair with the list Arnold provided of things he found wrong with the car. I took the car in at 9 AM and they had completed the work by Noon. Turns out the $675 worth of work that needed to be done to the car DIDN'T need to be done. There wasn't ANYTHING wrong with the parts Arnold said needed to be replaced. In fact, the issue was that they didn't put the parts back correctly and things weren't tightened down which is why I was hearing the rattling noise. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!! I feel bamboozled! Swindled! Hoodwinked! A victim of dupery! More

Jim was very helpful salesman I knew what car I wanted when I got there and a few minor hiccups in the process I am the proud owner a my new car. However the experience of purchasing my first car was all when I got there and a few minor hiccups in the process I am the proud owner a my new car. However the experience of purchasing my first car was all but pleasant it took about seven hours with the first hour was them trying to find my car which was supposed to be ready and waiting for me hence why I called the day before to make an appointment after that the test drive was nice and Jim knew all about the car. So if you are looking to buy a vehicle go to grossinger and ask for Jim monti. It will be worth it in the end More
If you know what you want then even though the sales consultants are nice, they mostly get in your way. I knew exactly what I wanted and it took me 3 visits and multiple hours BEFORE getting to the pape consultants are nice, they mostly get in your way. I knew exactly what I wanted and it took me 3 visits and multiple hours BEFORE getting to the paperwork and finance. Even after finalizing the car and the price, I probably sat in the office for 2-3 hours to fill out minor paperwork that the sales consultants have to manage. Everyone is nice, but they do waste your time. More
