Imagine if you will the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman of the 1970’s. That is what you would be dealing with if you go to this dealership. I found them to be completely untrustworthy. The Service Department took it upon themselves to provide non-requested/non-approved recall service, causing my vehicle to stay in the shop for two days (originally went in for oil change/tire rotation and w non-requested/non-approved recall service, causing my vehicle to stay in the shop for two days (originally went in for oil change/tire rotation and window switch repair – done on day one). There was NO discussion about the recalls being performed, nor was I contacted to request permission for the recall work or the fact it would take another day due to parts being shipped overnight. Further, after I picked the vehicle up on day two, after having made other arrangements to get to work and an after work appointment, I noticed that the multipoint inspection report and service work order invoice indicated that "brakes need immediate attention," and that the Service Advisor claimed to have made the recommendation to me and that I declined the recommendation/repair. A complete lie!! No one from this dealership called me to update me on my vehicle, or to recommend brake service. An e-mail warranted no response from the Service Advisor, and the General Manager glossed over the fact that the Service Advisor flat out lied on the report/work order. He did offer a free oil change and tire rotation as a “gesture of good will.” Been a long time service customer since I had a bad experience with my local Ford dealer, now I will be looking at other Ford dealers for Ford Service. More
