Low mileage used Car came with an “inspection” that apparently didn’t include brakes or an emergency brake! Now it’s in for first oil change and has a xxxx hole in the subframe! To start with l, the paperwork was messed up right from point of sale and somehow titled to a corporation? Meaning we couldn’t get a title or the registration for my son’s high school parking pass. I came to this dealership with the hopes that I can purchase a decent car for a decent price. not ever imagining that less than a year later I would be facing transmission issues. the funnier part is purchase a decent car for a decent price. not ever imagining that less than a year later I would be facing transmission issues. the funnier part is that they will fix it of course for 8,000 dollars. like who will ever pay that kind of money. this car broke down on me faster than a "hooptie." They sold me a faulty car and I'm sure they were well aware of this issue when they sold the car. taking advantage of their customers. and I only drive this vehicle to and from work and to pick up my kids up from school. I will be ok with fixing regular wear and tear, but a TRANSMISSION. they should've discard of this vehicle when they got it, instead of selling it to a person who came there and told them their situation. Take advantage of their customers like Harry Wormwood. Worst dealership ever. More

POOR EXPERIENCE AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I made an appointment over a week ago regarding a Ford issued recall for my Ford Explorer. The service writer Sam checked my VIN number and confirmed I made an appointment over a week ago regarding a Ford issued recall for my Ford Explorer. The service writer Sam checked my VIN number and confirmed the recall was not done before. I explained to Sam exactly what my issue was and asked her about the fuel filler neck I was having issues with. Sam stated that the fuel filler neck would be covered by Ford and that she would have the part ordered. She made an appointment over a week later to make sure the part came in. My wife brought the car in today for the appointment only to be told by another service writer that it is NOT a recall but an "extended Ford warranty" and that I would have to pay $200 for a "diagnostic fee." My wife waited for 2 hours to be told it's not the fuel filler neck, they would not be putting it in under warranty and that it needs another part over $500 plus labor. I had to pay the $200 "diagnostic fee." When I told the service writer what Sam had told me I was informed that Sam was "new" and misinformed me. I asked for the other service writer to talk to the service manager and my wife nor I never got an answer from him. I feel that I should not have been charged a "diagnostic fee" or at the very least have been offered a discount because I was told wrong information from their employee. No refund was given at all and I was told to call Ford customer service and explain the whole incident again with them. More
