The last time I dealt with them was for an oil change. The lady that set up my appointment said I couldn't do the recall at the same time. When I got there Fin asked if I wanted to do it while I was there. I said I was told I couldn't. He told me there was no reason I couldn't it would just take a little longer. I said sure. Then he informed me that this is my last oil change under my contract. When I was told by the finance guy that he would cover all oil changes for 100000 miles which was evidently a lie. That was the only reason I bought the vehicle and I will not back. More
