Thank you Gina, I ended up taking it back on Memorial Day and I think the detailer cleaned it up. There was a woman there that helped me because she saw my frustration when I pulled up. I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful. The rest of the staff on the phone and when I initially pulled up kept telling me I may need an appointment. It is resolved though so thank you for your response.
