This review specifically addresses Kia Greenway East Orlando. The guys in charge of dropping off your vehicle for a recall need some serious retraining in many areas including attention, knowledge and Orlando. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IN FRONT OF YOU! I have had to take my car in 3 times (2016 Kia sportage) for recalls. THEY sent me a recall on the HECU and security system. I called to see if I could get both recalls done at the same time (they are a long drive from my home). I was told “No” bc they don’t carry the recall parts in stock…ITS A RECALL!! Why in the world would they not have these NECESSARY parts in stock?? Regardless, the security upgrade was done, the HECU (which in the recall that tells you not to park near anything bc your vehicle can catch on fire even if not in use). They told me they ordered it that day…it’s been about a month and I’ve heard nothing that the part has come in or anything from them. I will call them tomorrow to see if the needed HECU they supposedly ordered has come in. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I had a decent experience when I bought my vehicle; but the rest of my interactions with this dealership has been aggravating and frustrating. More
Matthew in a he service department kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle while in the service department. When my service was completed he walked me to the cashier and then to my vehicle. not happy with the customer service. I was charged $250 for a service I did not request. Joshua was great on first meeting, made you feel heard and reassured. After that radio silence. My car sat there for about 8 days and despite all my efforts to get an update on my car and it was nothing. and reassured. After that radio silence. She called a few times talked about my options and despite being hot on the phone she was professional. My only gripe is she quote the cost plus tax. When I get there to pay the bill there's a whole bunch of added fees that took what was supposed to be 800 way over 1000. More
