Needed to get my bumper and a few other small parts replaced and while they did get fixed and everything seems to be ok, the lack of communication between departments and myself lead this to take almos replaced and while they did get fixed and everything seems to be ok, the lack of communication between departments and myself lead this to take almost an entire month to actually get done. I understand that there were parts that we were waiting on to arrive but I had to call find out that 2 of the 3 already had, but when I finally did bring my car in (I had tried to drop it off a few days prior but a different advisor told me to bring it in later so I wouldn’t be waiting on them to paint the bumper which surprise I had to wait anyways since the bumper wasn’t sent to their paint guy) I was told by the advisor that he wasn’t aware that any of the parts had arrived and had to double check before letting me drop off my car. I just think the communication between all departments and customers could really be improved so it doesn’t take a month for something to get done that really only should have been a week or so. More
