I gave one star for two reasons. The first reason deals with service, but I do not believe it was Fin’s fault. I think it’s a systemic problem. Fin showed me the list with a total of $465. I had a coupon book and Fin said he would take $100 off.so in my head I calculated that the total with tax would come to between $365-$400. When I was given the invoice sheets at the cashier’s window, the total was $485. I asked why. She sent me back to Fin. Mind you, I am using two canes. Fin should have reviewed the invoice with me before sending me to the cashier. Fin has a superior explain to me that there was a charge for waste disposal that is not included in the $465. My comment was, it should be. If you tell me what the charge is going to be, that should be the charge. As I am looking at the invoice now, I do not see a disposal fee. I see a charge for “customer pay shop charge for repair order … $46.17” I do not know what was repaired. It was a standard maintenance. There is also a notation “The Following Work Was Recommended But Not Performed. SUMMARY JB600 Coolant System Clean and Protect Service 1 Gallon MBT4 Mount and Balance Four Tires. I was not told that these two items needed to be done. That’s why I bring my car religiously to KIA service—so it is properly, preventatively maintained. I’m 74 and I use canes. I can’t afford to break down. Sadly it seems, service did not advise me that there were items needing attention. Very disappointing. I have owned KIAs since 1995. I moved to Florida ten years ago and my KIAs have always been serviced at Greenway. I really expect better service than this. The second reason I gave only one star … while waiting fir my car to be serviced I was approached by a salesman who asked questions about my car. I told him I wasn’t interested. I had a 2020 (purchased Nov 2019) Soul with only 15000 miles In Excellent condition fully paid, no monthly payments. I have a brand new car with no car payments. I DO NOT want a car payment. He persisted. He was going to give me $25,000 for my car. Really? Kelly Blue Book lists my car between $15-16 k. You are selling brand new cars for less than $25k. Makes no sense. Plus I don’t want a car payment. He persisted. What if you only had a car payment for three months. NO! Finally he walked away. Annoying. But more than that… sleazy and dishonest. There us no way this deal was going to be good for me. $25k as a trade for my car was such a red flag. He was going to have to make up that $10k difference somewhere. As I have said. I am 74. I am a loyal KIA customer. I love my Soul. But at 74 in a fixed income, with a car with only 15,000 miles in Excellent condition… should you be advising me to trade that in? Have I been a loyal KIA customer since 1995 and a Greenway customer since moving here 10 years ago to be treated like a mark. Very disappointing. You certainly do not treat loyalty well. And regarding getting my vehicle after I had paid…. Keeping in mind I was using two canes, I had to walk across the parking lot. No one got the car or even opened the door. Fortunately I don’t need anyone’s help. I certainly did not get it at Greenway KIA. More

Was the fastest service ever. I went that morning expecting to have a shuttle ride back to my job. By the time I sat down waiting for the service, it was complete. I made an appointment to take care of a recall, took the day off and waited an hour and a half because I was told it was going to be completed only to find out that they did not have the part and would have day off and waited an hour and a half because I was told it was going to be completed only to find out that they did not have the part and would have to come in again at a later time which I wasn’t happy about.
