They did 2 recalls on my 2011 KIA Soul free of charge. I spoke to Josh about my car gas tank issue and was told he would speak to the manager for me and give me a call back. He never called me so I gave Kia a call to speak with him but he was unavailable and I he would speak to the manager for me and give me a call back. Went in for a recall part, wound up having to return twice after that due to someone breaking my key fob, and trying to pass it off as 'fine' even though it was scotch taped back together.
