The dealer was very responsive to identifying the problem with my new Sorrento when there was a manufacturing defect in the transfer case. A “club” style steering wheel lock can help make it harder to steal the car. After retrieving the stolen and damaged car, my son went to the Kia dealership, thinking they might help him prevent another theft. Not only did they refuse to help, they flat Out denied any problem with Kia car thefts; even after being presented with multiple news articles documenting the problem. I thought Kia was famous for their customer service. Very disappointing. More
