No one was able to help me check out to leave as everyone was in a meeting. Highly unprofessional staff whom completely lack communication or follow through. They seem to intentionally drag out expectations in order to avoid having to give customers rental cars. When you finally can speak to someone, they seem like you’re bothering them and like it’s a chore to find out the status of your vehicle. I’ve been promised call backs five times in the last week, waiting for my car. Of which, one of them should have been to qualify whether or not I could get a rental covered by warranty. Not a single call has been made to me. They even have a texting service that no one responds to. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle with any associated dealership again, I’ll actively dissuade anyone I know from making a purchase as well. More
