Don't Buy any extended warranties On October 17, 2017 at 8:30 am my 2014 Kia Forte had a flat on the rear right tire. I called Kia road side assistance, which is included in the warran On October 17, 2017 at 8:30 am my 2014 Kia Forte had a flat on the rear right tire. I called Kia road side assistance, which is included in the warranty package I purchased when I bought the car. It was explained to Kia roadside assistance that the rear right tire had a flat and the key would be in the driver panel door and unlocked. I called Kia East Orlando service department and advised them it was being towed in for a flat rear tire. Kia roadside assistance sent their contracted tow truck, 365 automotive to pick up the car. The roadside assistance was called in at 9 am. The car was finally picked up after 1 pm. The tow driver from 365 automotive hooked up the rear end of car and pulled the car in PARK 17 miles to Kia East Orlando. The service department called and said car was dropped off, the front end was hanging, it smelled like something burning and it wouldn't start. I called Kia Road side assistance again and explained what the service department told me about the car. They said they would forward it to the claims department. I asked for a rental, they told me to rent it out of my pocket and they would reimburse me. I have been on the phone and sending e mails to Kia Corporate since October 17th. We have gotten the biggest run around. We went to Kia East Orland where my car is parked on November 6, 2017 and spoke to the Sales manager. He acted like he had no clue what was going on with my car. He even offered me a new car for $35000, giving me a "more than fair trade in of $16000". Really? We told him just fix my car. We purchased all the warranties that were offered when we bought the car in 2014. The car only has 30K miles on it and we have it serviced on schedule. He directed us to Kia service department manager. She called the corporate office. They told her a decision would be made next week. So as of November 7, 2017, I have so far accumulated over $2000 out of pocket expenses. A car payment with no car to drive, a rental, we are paying out of pocket for and no one with any sense of urgency to fix a car that only had a flat tire until the tow truck driver from 365 automotive caused all this damage to my car. Just fix the car! It is still under warranty. Go after the tow truck company, 365 automotive! Do you think I would recommend a Kia to anyone or even buy another Kia? More
Liars and scam artist This was my first car purchase they told me I was approved gave me keys showed me how much I would pay a month took the car home and had it for 30 day This was my first car purchase they told me I was approved gave me keys showed me how much I would pay a month took the car home and had it for 30 days no communication within that time when I finally got in touch with someone they told me to bring the car back got there they wanted me to pay 2500 dollars that I didn’t have so they took my car from me and the finance manager was very rude I traveled all the way from Daytona basically stranded there until I found a ride mo my sales consultant was very nice and he did the best he could but overall I was so humiliated I thought your first car is a good and happy experience.. not mine . More

2017 Kia Soul with Simon Dib I walked into the dealership convinced that I wasn’t going to get approved to buy a new car because of credit issues but I was impressed and overly jo I walked into the dealership convinced that I wasn’t going to get approved to buy a new car because of credit issues but I was impressed and overly joyed with Simon, the internet sales manager, and his determination to help me get the car I wanted. He really worked with me persistently until we were able to agree on a good deal for me for the car I wanted. I love my new Kia Soul!! Thank you Simon and Sekula in Finance for such a smooth transition from my trade-in to my new baby. And also thank you to Luis Rivera for reaching out to me so promptly and encouraging me to visit the dealership in-person, I’m glad I did.
