KIA sold me a defective engine. Lester advised to drive the vehicle until something transpires with me and my family. They did not replace my engine , they didn't replace my vehicle Lester advised to drive the vehicle until something transpires with me and my family. They did not replace my engine , they didn't replace my vehicle or provide any proper solutions. Just to keep driving until I experience engine failure. This is the most unethical, unprofessional service I have ever received. I have previously purchased 3 kia's. My future purchases after this awful experience will not be with Kia. The worst company with no resolution. They don't care about your safety, or customer retention. Just to currently Line their pockets. More

Because I am an introvert, she made me feel very comfortable with her enthusiastic professionalism. I always want to interact with nice people, so I appreciate her interacting with me and being nice comfortable with her enthusiastic professionalism.
