I did not receive any communication on progress from the dealership, I had to call Sean multiple times and many times couldn't get ahold of him to get updates, received a message I had to pay 900 when all t dealership, I had to call Sean multiple times and many times couldn't get ahold of him to get updates, received a message I had to pay 900 when all the parts were on warranty. Communication with anyone at Kia East was horrendous. I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. Even left message for service manager Dina to no I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. Even left message for service manager Dina to no avail. If the manager won’t call back, no reason for anyone else to. After 2 visits and having vehicle for 3 weeks along with several misdiagnoses, my engine light is still on. Poor service. Next step..dealership manager. Let’s see if they will respond. More
