Ignored calls; skipped maintenance Initially, this dealership did a good job of taking care of my 2003 VW, but that soon changed. No call backs when I left messages multiple times. And when I did get in, ignored VW suggested maintenance and only did my lube, oil change, tire rotation request, ignoring, the "whatever else is needed" request. As a result, found out the hard way of all the maintenance they should have done, but didn't do. Thankfully, found a good, reliable, and honest VW dealership, though much farther from me, who brought my car back up to snuff. More

Trading a 2011 Highlander for a new 2015 Highlander I have always bought my Toyota cars and trucks from Green for the last 30 plus years. They have always provided the best sales and service to me and I have always bought my Toyota cars and trucks from Green for the last 30 plus years. Over the years I have bought numerous vehicles from Green some of which I have kept to 150,000 plus miles and then traded them in to Green for a new one. The sales, service, and management people are great and easy to work with in purchasing, servicing, and addressing problems if any. Thank you. More

Couldnt be happier with Toyota service personnel It's important to trust your dealership and we do. I had a tire with a nail in it. I had purchased the tires at the dealer and they were still under warranty. I knew the nail was in the center of the tread and should have been covered by the warrenty. tires at the dealer and they were still under warranty. The service manager called me at work, told me the nail was in the sidewall (not covered by the warrenty) and that my tires were dangerously warn and needed to be replaced. I told him I hoped the warrenty was still good and that I expected the prorated adjustment to be good because the tires were rated at 60,000 miles and had less than 25,000 miles on them. He asked if I had purchased the tires at the dealership. When I said yes, he mumbled something and hung up. They repaired the tire at no cost but I will never go back to that dealership because of a complete lack of trust. I wrote the manager of the dealership but never got a response. I can only assume the service manager' s behavior is sanctioned by the dealership. More
WORST DEALERSHIP in Springfield! Arrogant liars - all of them. Quality of repair that was PROMISED in buying the car was at best 3rd rate and they thought it was acceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They will tell you whatever it takes to get you to buy from there and then don't back up the sale. More
