Needed a repair and maintenance and it was done quickly I needed a repair done, but did not have time to wait. Worse place ever. This place is the rudest dealership we have ever dealt with. Bought a Rav4 new in 2014. This thing has been back in there for 3 times in 6 months for This place is the rudest dealership we have ever dealt with. Bought a Rav4 new in 2014. This thing has been back in there for 3 times in 6 months for it shutting down. Now after they have had it for 2 months it goes 50 miles & dies again. After calling Green they said to take it else where. Now this Rav4 was bought new from Green Toyota & it has always been serviced there. Plus a full extended warranty was purchased from them. Chuck Moore in the service department has been very rude, mean & disrespectful. He knows nothing about customer service. Have even gone thru Toyota Corporate over this issue & they refuse to interact with Green any more than they already have. More
