I was treated very poorly at my recent service appointment. The person who was to check me in basically blew me off. My car sat in the lot with the car fob on the dash until I went there wonderi appointment. The person who was to check me in basically blew me off. I was to get a tire rotation, oil change and I had a tire sensor light on. When I decided to go into the garage after calling them around 11:30 and then around 2:00 with no updates… I found out the car was still sitting where I left it. Fob on dash. Where they put it. Car unlocked all day and not serviced. And the guy who was to do my paperwork was no where around! His desk area was full of papers of other customers as well. The man who was there was very nice and started helping. Looking for my key. I told him it was on the dash of my car. And the car had not been moved! The person who was to check me in blew me off. The technicians did not know I was there! More
I drove 85 miles with my wife for the first oil change on our Toyota Crown Signia. I was told it would take between an hour to an hour and a half. I think if I hadn’t complained to the manager we would still be waiting there. I understand the construction causes delays, but even then 3 hours is too long for a scheduled service. This has been my first complaint with your dealership in over 8 years. I’ve always been satisfied with sales and service before. Hopefully this was a one-time fluke and won’t happen again. More
I didn’t like that I was expected to leave the keys on the dashboard of my brand new 40k car. The dealership is under construction and it is a very chaotic and dusty environment. Any passerby could come by and jump in, press the button and drive off with my car. When I brought the keys in with me the service manager rolled his eyes at me! So unprofessional! I worked very hard to pay for my car, I’m not leaving it unattended outside for 2 hours while it waits to get an oil change. More

My van was a mess when I got it back from service department. Floor mat was filthy & it was clean when I left it. No car wash. Hope it's better next time. Recently took my 2015 Toyota Carmy XLE into Green Yoyota for my first 10k oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. Normally, I have good experiences here @ Green Toyota. ..but my appt for tire rotation/multi-point inspection was pretty frustrating. Had an APPOINTMENT...(construction made finding the right place to go difficult to begin with). Dropped off car, was told it would be about an hour... I came back about 1 hour 20 min. later...saw my car parked & assumed it was ready, but was told they hadn't even LOOKED at it yet! Then the service rep got defensive/tried making excuses... & when I said: "I had an appointment..." he shot back with: "yeah, well, it's busy. I told you..." & also said "there were some folks who were late for their appt..." Which is BESIDE THE POINT. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT (& if others were LATE, then they should go to the back of the queue). I told him I had another appointment/meeting I had to get to, so he said they'd put a "rush" on it...which also somewhat annoyed me--as I don't want technicians RUSHING the work done on my car. I understand the construction makes things challenging (& I FEEL for those folks working out of the tent w/ no A/C in this dreaded heat...!), but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I WILL add: when I came back to finally pick up the car, the same service rep was kinder/nicer--so I suspect he realized what a tool he had been. This was the least satisfied I've ever been here, and I've been taking cars to them since 2012. More
