Worse place ever. This place is the rudest dealership we have ever dealt with. Bought a Rav4 new in 2014. This thing has been back in there for 3 times in 6 months for This place is the rudest dealership we have ever dealt with. Bought a Rav4 new in 2014. This thing has been back in there for 3 times in 6 months for it shutting down. Now after they have had it for 2 months it goes 50 miles & dies again. After calling Green they said to take it else where. Now this Rav4 was bought new from Green Toyota & it has always been serviced there. Plus a full extended warranty was purchased from them. Chuck Moore in the service department has been very rude, mean & disrespectful. He knows nothing about customer service. Have even gone thru Toyota Corporate over this issue & they refuse to interact with Green any more than they already have. More

He has one of the sweetest personalities I've ever encountered in a salesman, he's not your Mr Ricky Simmons deserves car salesman of the year award! Get my car to find ahalf empty juice bottle Im assuming a Green Service team member left because it wasn't mine. Next needed to have the sunroof fix Bob stated he would call me Friday to drop it off never received call so I'm luck Green mailed a card. Made my appointment drop my car off at 630 am did not hear the status of it until I called at 3 to wait on hold for 4 mins for Bob to tell the gentleman helping me on the phone it was ready. I get there at 315 and had to wait. Bob did not even have it entered into the system so he is "mailing" my paperwork. I had to tell him I had a deductible he was going to have me leave without paying for anything. Either he takes too many customers or he needs to get organized. I will admit I was frustrated with him the last time I was not nice and he knew I was not happy. More

I'm not sure how they overlooked that, but in the future they might want to consider every person that drives on the lot as a possible customer. Just food for thought.....I'm pleased with the maintenance of my vehicle and the convenience. It was washed this time, which was nice. I live and work on a gravel road. I try to wash my car 1-2 times a week, so this helped me. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion. More
