The dealership boss told me (verbatim), "You don't get any money back on that. That's a SCREW JOB." -Tim Nice aka Mr. Nice Guy I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks earlier. A 2006 Cadillac SRX. The engine went out and the salesman said they couldn't just refund my $18,000.00+ and it was irreparable. A month later I brought my truck in for service and there was my unfixable SRX. Fixed. And with an even larger price sticker than before. I was infuriated by this point. I cancelled my extended warranty almost 3 months ago today and they still haven't sent me my refund check. They are money squandering crooks and if you don't do the math on your vehicle for yourself, they're going to get you. More

We recently bought another vehicle from there and I just want to say thank you so much for the outstanding service we received. Our salesman George was amazing, he encouraged us to look around as we were not sure what type of vehicle we really wanted. He was very happy to answer any and all questions on various cars we looked at. We never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. He even stayed late to make sure all the info we needed was provided to us. I am pretty sure we got the best of the best salesman to help us because I have never had such fun and never once did I get the feeling that I was bothering or boring George. When it came time to sign the papers for our car we were told how much our payments would be. I did not take the car home as I still had our trade in at my house. The next day I brought my trade in and was going to pick up my new car only to be told by the sales manager Adam Arms that he had good news for me. He got us a better deal with a full warranty for two dollars more a month. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better experience or better people than what I received from Green Mazda. My husband and I are extremely happy!!! Thank you to all of you at Green Mazda for making purchasing a car so easy and fun. More
