I looked around a few different dealerships for a variety of cars and wasn't happy until I walked into Great Neck Nissan. I never owned/leased any type of Nissan, so this was a first overwhelming experience of cars and wasn't happy until I walked into Great Neck Nissan. I never owned/leased any type of Nissan, so this was a first overwhelming experience for me, but as I walked into the dealership with my family, I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted by Dennis Kinslow, who was very professional, friendly, down to Earth and very understanding of the situation I was in of needing a car as well as my financial situation. Dennis worked with me to get to where I needed to be in pricing and he made sure I DROVE out of the dealership with a smile on my face and in a brand new car. After a few hours and after Dennis going back and forth multiple times until I was happy with the numbers I was hearing, I drove out of the lot with a beautiful brand new 2012 Nissan Pathfinder (the car I had initially wanted). Overall, Dennis was very professional, he had great sense of humor and knowledge of Nissan cars, and he was just an all around great guy who wanted to see someone get exactly what they wanted. Dennis did everything to get me in a car and it worked!! I love it, and I couldn't have done it without Dennis's help and the staff at Great Neck Nissan. More

This was my 5th Nissan car and First time from Great Neck Nissan. They gave me Infiniti service for Nissan. All I can say the best car leasing experience by far. This was the best car buying experience I have had. As soon as walked into the dealership and walked over to the car I purchased, Vincent walked over and greeted me. Vincent then asked me if I have driven the car yet and I replied no but I would like to drive it before I buy it. Vincent took me on a test drive to before handing me off to Dennis Kinslow who was eager to close the deal and made me a happy customer. Mr. Kinslow was very professional and even when I came back the next day to pick up the vehicle; he went over all the features of the vehicle with me. In my opinion, the Great Neck Nissan is the #1 Nissan Dealerships in the country, trophy or no trophy. Unlike other dealership (Nissan of Garden City) who claim that they are #1 when their service doesn’t reflect as such. I would recommend the Great Neck Nissan to anyone who’s looking to purchase a vehicle. To show you what excellent Customer service looks like, even though Mr. Vincent have to leave, he make sure that he took me on a test drive and Mr. Kinslow who went and above and beyond with his service manager to make the deal possible. I came to this dealership on Thursday to have my car serviced. First i asked for a loaner car for the time (as i was told i would get one when ever the car was being brought for service) and was told th serviced. After asking for a manager, all of a sudden theirs a loaner car available for me, I deeply appreciate the managements concerns and actions taken. Mind you i was looking forward to coming back and purchase the new sentra or altima for my mother over the weekend. When i bring this loaner car back after driving 50 miles, they noticed a little scratch on the car which i had not seen when taking the vehicle nor i would have pointed out and charged me $125 for the scratch, and this was not done by me. I was really upset about this matter especially after i had just purchased a brand new 2012 Maxima for my self was going to come back to get another car from this dealership over labor day weekend. The rental manager insisted he was perfect at his job and he had made no mistake when handing me the vehicle with 4,000 miles ran on. If some one can reach out to me and explain why i was charged especially after being a loyal customer and wanting to return to purchase another vehicle, i will be glad to repair this situation as i look to have Great neck Nissan as my preferred dealer and wont have to go to those lousy people at Star Nissan or Hillside Nissan where ever. Until then, I am very upset about this incident as no damage was done in the 3 hours i had rented the loaner vehicle. More

The moment we stepped into the dealership, we were greeted by a huge smile and warm welcome from Sal, the sales manager. After viewing some floor models, we met with Lonny, a salesman at the dealership and delighted in his kind and patient manner. He answered all our questions and worked diligently to make sure every moment of our experience was to our complete satisfaction. We were buying a new 2013 Nissan Altima and Lonny was very well educated in every aspect of the car and very instrumental in helping us choose what was right for us. Everyone we encountered in this dealership went beyond the call of duty to satisfy our needs, requests, inquiries, etc., with the utmost patience and focus. Each step of the way, we experienced nothing but the most pleasant encounters with the entire staff! From sales with Lonny, to finalizing our deal with Sal (so helpful and always keeping our best interests at heart!) to Lori, who coordinated all the financial papers (a true doll!) When our car was ready for pick up, we were dazzled by the expert team of Angel and his crew, who prepare the car for the final review. The car was sparkling! Every nook and cranny was examined, along with us, to ensure we were happy with every inch of the car. I have never seen such genuine concern and dedication to pleasing a customer and making sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle! This dealership had the most caring group of professionals that made you feel like you were a priority from the second you arrived, until the moment you drove your car off the lot. We are totally in love with our new car but more importantly, the experience we had when buying it made it that much more satisfying!
