Richie F. went above and beyond to meet my criteria for a new Nissan Cube; he walked me through the process from start to finish. Not only did he get exactly what I wanted, he also worked hard to develop the new Nissan Cube; he walked me through the process from start to finish. Not only did he get exactly what I wanted, he also worked hard to develop the best price, which was spectacular. Sal, in the finance department, was friendly, fast, and efficient - and no pressure sales pitch! I was elated to drive my new car home that very day. After shopping around for over 3-months, I got the BEST deal at Great Neck. Great team of professionals and great teamwork at Great Neck Nissan. BRW: Great Neck is rated A+ by the BBB More

After visiting a few dealers on Saturday, Bob was a breath of fresh air. He was a pleasure to deal with and didn't pressure us to sign the contract until we agreed on a price. We gave us a great pri breath of fresh air. He was a pleasure to deal with and didn't pressure us to sign the contract until we agreed on a price. We gave us a great price and even when we finalized the paperwork with Sal the finance manager, he was very straight forward about the process and while he offered the usual extras, didn't pressure us at all. No hidden fees or crazy interest rates. Things took a little longer to settle up due to insurance coverage issue with Allstate but the staff was very accomodating and stayed late so we could go home the same night with the car. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to give Great Neck Nissan a shot. They honored the price quoted over the phone and had it moved to the showroom when we got there and gave us a great deal on a higher model when we changed our mind. The experience was particularly refreshing since we had just left Teddy Nissan where they lied about having the car we wanted in stock over the phone which became 3-4 days when we showed up. The salesperson did the usually back and forth with the manager dragging out the time and kept insisting that we sign a contract before we agreeded on a price so he could offer it to his manager. When we asked for clarifying language on the offering i.e., 0.9% financing if credit approved we were just ignored. More
Worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life, and I have leased my share of cars over the years. Was quoted one price over the phone, which turned out to be a complete lie when I got there. Manag and I have leased my share of cars over the years. Was quoted one price over the phone, which turned out to be a complete lie when I got there. Manager said he could pull up the conversation because he didn't believe the price I was quoted over the phone. At which point I said that if the recording matches what I am saying if he would give me that deal and he said NO. Basically a bunch of rude liars and crooks. Go to any other dealership. More
The salesperson was very friendly & helpful, but when we decided to buy we were sent to the finance manager who tried to cheat us on the interest rate that were promised earlier. The reason being that th we decided to buy we were sent to the finance manager who tried to cheat us on the interest rate that were promised earlier. The reason being that they had given us a good deal on the car, but to make up for the selling price (low profit), he said we couldn't get the stated low interest rate unless we buy an extended warranty on the car. This is an outright LIE! I used to worked at a car dealer and there's no such thing as a bank giving low interest rates only if a warranty is purchased. He said that it the bank's "protection" to secure their risk of loan on the car. Since my wife needed the car to drive to her new job & don't have time to go elsewhere, we took the warranty to get the car. We are NOT happy with Biener at all. This type of selling tactic is undoubtedly the directives of the owner to build profit. All those 5 ratings are no thought written by the people at this dealer. Their service department is nonetheless very good. The bottom line-don't buy from them if you have time to go elsewhere to shop you'll be happier for it. More
I have to agree wholeheartedly with the comment below--"They're kind of shady" I went to there facility on Northern Blvd. on June 13th 2005. I had called earlier in the day and spoke to a man by below--"They're kind of shady" I went to there facility on Northern Blvd. on June 13th 2005. I had called earlier in the day and spoke to a man by the name of Bryan and told him that I'd be there at 7:15 pm sharp to look at a Nissan Sentra SE R vin # 3N1AB51D33L720805. He told me that Maurice J. Waldo would be there waiting for me. When I arrived at 7:15 pm, Maurice J. Waldo was not ready for me nor did he know I was coming to look at the car. I waited around about 30 mins for Maurice to find a person to pull the car out (he can't drive a manual trans!) and a couple came in to look at an Infinity. However, when Maurice finally got the SE R out for me he told me that they were there to drive the SE R after me and they were serious about buying it (LIE!). I looked at the SE R and it was obvious that it had been sitting for some time. The cowls were filled with debris from the trees (probably from Autumn), the car was dirty, the brakes were almost rusted solid and when I drove the car I noticed the front end was really loose. I drove some more and he told me false info such as the car having a 2.4 liter engine 180 hp. He said that $12,000 was a "steal". I laughed and told him that I'd consider $9,500 - $10,000. After the test drive I got out to look at the car further. I noticed that the car's left fender was pushed out a bit and with further inspection I saw that the rocker panel was cracked where it meets the rear of the right front fender. Furthermore the fender had touch-up paint on it. It looked as if it fell off a jack stand or been driven over a curb. Moreover, there was similar damage on the right side rocker panel. I told him that I wanted to see the undercarriage of the car if I was to even consider buying it now. He told me "we don't have the facilities for that." I told him my I’d consider buying it at $9,500. He said good day.

I feel sorry for the person that buys that Sentra for the asking price. It has obviously been damaged and tampered with (possibly lowered, sloppy front-end changes, bad driving etc.) If I could give this dealer a lower score I would.

As the gentleman before me stated "they're kind of shady" and I regret that I gave them a copy of my driver's license in fear that they will do something illegal with it.

By the way "Beiner" is actually spelled "Biener"
That's:
Biener Nissan/Audi
795-803 Northern Boulevard
Great Neck, NY 11021

Signed,
A person who knows a lot about cars

PS My Girlfriend bought a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE from Westbury Toyota.
